We offer extended access hours designed to accommodate busy schedules, typically from early morning through evening. While we don’t offer true 24/7 access (for security reasons), our hours are generous enough that most customers can access units whenever needed. If you require access outside normal hours for specific reasons, contact us—we work with customers on special situations when possible. Many units feature drive-up access, making it quick and easy to grab items. We also provide dollies and equipment to make moving items in and out efficient.

6. What items cannot be stored in your facility?

For safety, legal, and insurance reasons, certain items cannot be stored: perishable food items that attract pests, hazardous materials like gasoline or chemicals, illegal items of any kind, living plants or animals, firearms and ammunition (in most cases), and items producing odors affecting other units. We also don’t recommend storing irreplaceable items without proper insurance coverage. Original documents, cash, and jewelry are better in bank safety deposit boxes. Everything else? We can store it safely. If you’re unsure whether something can be stored, just ask during your consultation.

7. What happens if I need storage longer or shorter than expected?

Our storage operates on month-to-month agreements, not long-term contracts that lock you in. If your timeline extends and you need storage longer, simply continue your monthly rental. Your rate remains stable. If your situation resolves sooner—your home closes early, your renovation finishes ahead of schedule—you can move out without penalties or fees for early termination. We prorate partial months fairly. This flexibility is designed for real life, where timing rarely goes exactly as planned. You’re not penalized for circumstances beyond your control.
