Three-bedroom and larger homes bring disassembly, appliances, garages, sheds and furniture that was never designed to leave the house in one piece. We size the crew and truck to the actual inventory so the job finishes in a single day wherever the volume allows.

Apartments, condos and high-rises. Portland buildings each have their own rules — reserved elevators, loading-dock windows, certificates of insurance, and streets where a 26-foot truck needs a permit to park legally. We arrange that ahead of the date, so your crew is not negotiating with a building manager at eight in the morning.

Packing, storage and the gap between closings. Sale and purchase dates rarely line up. Full or partial packing, with warehouse or container storage in between, keeps the move on one plan with one point of contact rather than three vendors and three invoices.

Long-distance and specialty items. Moves leaving the Portland area, and the pianos, safes, artwork and antiques that call for equipment and technique rather than more hands, are planned as part of the same job instead of handed off to someone else.
